Innovative additive manufacturing technology for the construction industry
Additive technologies, which are a layer-by-layer extension and synthesis of an object using computer 3d technologies, form the basis of the so-called Industry 4.0, which involves making a breakthrough at the interface of information and industrial technologies. The study aims to introduce the fundamental concept of Industry 4.0 (construction - material - technology) into the construction industry. As part of the study, new composite building structures are being developed on the basis of cement binder and basalt and carbon fibers, as well as the technological conditions of their production and installation, regulatory and methodological documentation on their use. Areas of research: the development of additive technologies for the construction of structures using one-dimensional reinforcing fillers; development of additive construction technologies with simultaneous reinforcement of structures installed with composite reinforcement in the form of rods or meshes based on basalt or carbon fibers; creation of new materials for use in construction 3D-printing, including taking into account regional features. The studied structures are intended for use in mass construction, especially in aggressive environments and in earthquake-prone regions.
Digital modelling of construction objects based on topological models (Top.Bim)
Research objective - the creation of a digital platform for information modelling of construction objects. The platform will be used to develop models of operational interaction between physical construction objects, their digital models and people in the planning, construction, operation and maintenance of constructed objects. The topology should serve as the basis for the consistent modelling of spatial, material, functional, operational and economic characteristics, as well as the behaviour of the constructed objects throughout the life cycle.
